June 28th Marks the 3rd Annual Joe Zawinul “Z” Award. The event will be held at the Joe Zawinul MusikSchule in Gumpoldskirchen, Austria. The Zawinul Foundation For Achievement board members along with the Austrian Jury Committee have cast their votes as to which music student will take home the award.
Each student was judged on 5 categories. Originality, Musicianship, Presence, Interpretation, and Performance.
